Recently, AMD publicly pledged to control the prices of its Radeon graphics cards within the range that ordinary consumers can afford, rather than just targeting wealthy enthusiasts. McAfee explained that AMD has established long-term partnerships with DRAM suppliers to ensure a steady supply of memory for its Radeon graphics cards. While AMD is still working with partners to maintain price competitiveness, continuing to do so in the ongoing memory shortage situation is not realistic.
