He emphasized that developing new productive forces is an internal requirement and important focal point for promoting high-quality development. As the capital city, Beijing should deeply implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, implement the deployment of the 8th Plenary Session of the 13th Municipal Party Committee, take the lead in developing new productive forces, continuously shape new development momentum, accumulate new development advantages, and win the initiative in development. Daxing District should base its development on its own resource endowment, choose the right track, develop characteristic industries, continuously improve the practical skills and abilities to develop new productive forces, and strive to build a new growth pole in the southern part of the capital. The Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Yin Yong conducted the research together. Daxing International Airport Economic Zone has the advantage of "three districts superimposed" in space and policy, including the airport economic zone, the pilot free trade zone, and the comprehensive bonded zone, and is the only airport economic zone in the country that spans provincial-level administrative divisions. Municipal leaders visited the International Aviation Headquarters Park to understand the planning and construction of the airport economic zone, industrial development, and the progress of major projects. Yin Li pointed out that as the international gateway of the capital city, the aviation "dual hub" plays a special and important role in supporting the construction of the international exchange center function and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. It is necessary to benchmark against major aviation hubs globally, accelerate the optimization of management system mechanisms, expand routes and destinations, enhance service functions and radiation capabilities, and further promote high-level opening-up. Strengthen the connection of the "eight stations and two fields", improve accessibility, vigorously develop aviation logistics, and promote the aggregation of "aviation +" characteristic industries such as aviation science and technology innovation, high-end business, and headquarters clusters. Efforts should be made to cultivate and develop high value-added industries such as aerospace, new generation information technology, and life and health. Improve the level of facilitation for business, exhibitions, culture, and tourism, and design great terrestrial landscapes for the route areas to continuously enhance the image of the new national gate.
