The newly revised "Regulations on Military Training Assessment" is issued.

In order to adapt to the transformation and development of military training, regulate and strengthen military training assessment, the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission recently issued the newly revised "Regulations on Military Training Assessment," which will be implemented starting from January 1, 2026. The revised "Regulations" follow the principle of overall management by the Military Commission, main combat by the theater commands, and main building by the military services, and improve the leadership and management mechanism for assessment; differentiate training types, optimize the framework of the assessment system; focus on solving practical problems in training assessment, systematically design the organization and implementation, performance assessment, and use of results for individuals and units; address the concerns of soldiers, clarify the requirements for special situations in training assessment based on individuals and units, and provide legal basis for the standardization of training assessment organization in the troop.
