The Hainan Province party and government delegation went to Guangdong for investigation and exchange.

From January 16th to 17th, a delegation from the Party and Government of Hainan Province went to Guangdong for study and inspection. The two provinces held a cooperation and exchange symposium in Guangzhou, deepening their understanding of the important speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping when listening to the report on the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, as well as the important speech and instructions made during the inspection of Guangdong and attendance at the opening ceremony of the 15th National Games. This aims to further promote the achievements of the two provinces in their mutual development. Huang Kunming, Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, while Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, also spoke. Meng Fanli, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Governor of the province, and Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, as well as Liu Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the province, introduced the economic and social development and cooperation exchange between the two provinces. Yang Jinbai, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, attended the meeting. During their time in Guangdong, the delegation from Hainan Province visited Guangzhou, Foshan, and Zhanjiang, and explored scientific and technological innovation platforms such as the Ji Hua Laboratory, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area National Nanotechnology Innovation Research Institute, and the National 863 Program Project South Sea Aquaculture Seed Engineering Base. They also visited enterprises such as Southern Power Grid, Jiadu Technology, Midea Group, Xiaopeng Motors, and BASF to understand the developments in cutting-edge technology, the construction of a modern industrial system, the cultivation of new productive forces, and the implementation of major regional strategies in Guangdong.
