Capital Airport Group's passenger throughput in 2025 increased by 4.1% year-on-year.

On January 16, the Capital Airport Group held its 2026 work conference in Beijing. In 2025, the Capital Airport Group completed a passenger throughput, cargo throughput, and transport take-off and landing of 223 million passengers, 2.43 million tons, and 1.494 million flights, an increase of 4.1%, 5.9%, and 1.8% respectively compared to the previous year. Beijing's two airports handled 124 million passengers annually, an increase of 6.5% compared to the previous year. Throughout the year, there were no events of responsibility-causing weather conditions or events above that level, and no flight delays at the airport due to airport-related reasons. The average on-time departure rate at trunk airports was 92.82%, an increase of 2.77 percentage points compared to the previous year, which was 1.05 percentage points higher than the industry average. The average gate utilization rate was 85.49%, an increase of 0.81 percentage points compared to the previous year.
