Mengjie Corporation: Issues rectification report in response to the CSRC's order for rectification.

Mengjie announced that on October 20, 2025, the company received an order from the Hunan Securities Regulatory Bureau to rectify. Issue one is that there were instances of income, cost, and expense recognition spanning across 2022-2024, which have been rectified; Issue two is that a subsidiary provided financial assistance to Ye Moufeng, with a balance of borrowed funds of 66.0273 million yuan at the end of 2021, and 63.3763 million yuan at the end of September 2025, with partial rectification completed and a cumulative recovery of 10.3624 million yuan, with further focus on arbitration progress. The company will improve its governance structure, strengthen financial internal controls, and enhance awareness of standardized operations.
