According to Sina Technology, the cooperation between smart cars and multiple charging operators such as Star Charge, Telet Charging, and Xiaojuben Charging has been interrupted. The station resources of these companies have been removed from the smart car app charging map. Previously, smart cars had cooperated with multiple charging operators to allow owners to deduct charging fees using points. The highest deduction at self-operated smart stations was 100%, and at other stations, it was 80%. However, recently, several owners have reported that cooperation with many charging stations, including Star Charge, Telet Charging, and Xiaojuben Charging, has been interrupted. In the smart car app charging map seen by Sina Technology, it is true that the charging stations of these companies can no longer be found. An informed source indicated that the interruption may be due to financial pressures, and there are no plans for renewal in the future. Smart car customer service told Sina Technology that access to resources from Star Charge, Telet Charging, and Xiaojuben Charging has been temporarily suspended due to cooperation reasons, and the related stations have been removed from the charging map with no timeline for restoration. "We are continuously expanding cooperation with other operators to ensure users' charging convenience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."
