Precision announced that Guotou Entrepreneurship Fund reduced its holdings by a total of 3.257412 million shares through centralized bidding and bulk trading from August 26, 2025 to January 16, 2026, accounting for 1.06% of the total share capital. As of January 16, its shareholding ratio decreased from 10% to 8.94%, triggering a change in equity in multiples of 1%. From October 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026, Guotou Entrepreneurship Fund reduced its holdings by 2.063512 million shares through centralized bidding, with a reduction amount of 157 million yuan and a reduction price range of 68.01-86.69 yuan/share. There are still 7.12281 million shares to be reduced, with the original plan to reduce by no more than 3%. This change does not trigger a tender offer and the controlling shareholders remain unchanged.
