Le Sheng Tong Ling Notice: Eurostar Diamonds Limited, as a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, did not truthfully disclose the details of the nominee holding in the "Le Sheng Tong Ling Jewelry Co., Ltd. Brief Equity Change Report" announced in May 2024 and March 2025. Yihuitong Investment & Industry Co., Ltd., as the nominal shareholder of Eurostar Diamonds, holds 41.66% of Eurostar Diamonds through its holding of Eurostar Diamonds International S.A. Therefore, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has issued a regulatory warning to Eurostar Diamonds.
