Four departments jointly issued a notice to deploy and promote mutual recognition and mutual recognition of vocational skills certificates.

To implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the "Notice on Promoting Mutual Recognition of Vocational Skills Certificates" to reduce the burden on workers in terms of skill evaluation and certification, and promote the rational and smooth flow of skilled talents. The "Notice" requires the establishment of a mechanism for connecting vocational qualification certificates with vocational skill level certificates. For practitioners who have obtained relevant vocational qualification certificates in fields such as electrician and welder, they will be considered to have reached the corresponding level of junior or intermediate skill workers, and they can participate in higher-level skill evaluations according to regulations. At the same time, for skill practitioners who have not undergone skill level evaluations, the notice supports local coordination of skill evaluation resources, exploring methods such as "single test, multiple certificates," and jointly conducting skill evaluations.
