On the morning of January 16th, after a 24-hour bidding period, the second auction of the Qoros Automotive Changshu Factory was unsuccessful. This one-day auction attracted over 60,000 onlookers. According to the media from relevant sources in Changshu City, after Qoros Automotive stopped production, a large number of creditors filed lawsuits and applied for enforcement in multiple courts. As of now, there are over 400 cases in execution proceedings in Changshu courts, with a total enforcement target of over 1.8 billion yuan. Suzhou Asset Management Co., Ltd. acquired mortgage claims from several banks, and applied to the Changshu court for enforcement of Qoros Automotive's mortgaged properties. Although the target amount for this case is 270 million yuan, the total amount of mortgage claims to be repaid after the realization of the mortgaged property is 1.57 billion yuan.
