Indonesia issues preliminary anti-dumping ruling against China's Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation.

Recently, the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee issued an announcement, affirming the anti-dumping preliminary ruling on hot-rolled steel sheets or coils of iron or non-alloy steel produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation of China. The committee suggested that the Indonesian Ministry of Trade impose a temporary anti-dumping duty on Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation of China at a rate of either 17.55% based on value or 95.02 USD per ton based on quantity. The measures will be effective for either four months, six months, or nine months. The Indonesian tariff numbers related to the products in question are 7208.10.00, 7208.25.00, 7208.26.00, 7208.27.11, 7208.27.19, 7208.27.91, 7208.27.99, 7208.36.00, 7208.37.00, 7208.38.00, 7208.39.10, 7208.39.20, 7208.39.30, and 7208.39.40.
