Da Shengda: Subsidiary Hainan Dashingda invests 721 million Thai baht, introduces strategic investor SENDA INTERNATIONAL to increase capital by 128 million Thai baht for Dashingda in Thailand.

In a notice by Dashengda, a subsidiary of the company, Hainan Dashengda, has invested 721 million Thai baht and brought in strategic investor Senda International to inject 128 million Thai baht into Dashengda in Thailand. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Dashengda in Thailand has increased from 3 million Thai baht to 852 million Thai baht. Through the investments of Hainan Dashengda and Hong Kong Dashengda, the company holds 85% of the shares, while Senda International holds 15% of the shares.
