The partnership term of Cloud Peak Fund will expire on January 7, 2026. Considering the investment and operational status, the company has assessed that the fund no longer needs to be extended and should be liquidated. As of the date of the announcement, Cloud Peak Fund has a registered capital of 500 million yuan, with paid-in capital of 326 million yuan, and Tianhui Technology's investment percentage is 8.6%. This matter will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation.
