On January 16th, according to the monthly data released by Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the airport's passenger traffic in December increased by 2.4% year-on-year to 5.3 million, while the total cargo volume increased by 8.5% to 128,200 tons. Passenger throughput has increased by 2.9% so far this year, reaching 68.8 million, while cargo volume has decreased by 4.2% to 1.4289 million tons.
