The Department of Commerce of Jilin Province has announced that the subsidy application system for the Jilin Province Automobile Replacement and Renewal Service Platform in 2026 will be launched at 0:00 on January 17th. At that time, the subsidy application for this year will be open. Individual consumers who sell their own passenger vehicles and purchase eligible new energy vehicles in the province can receive a subsidy of 8% of the new car's selling price, up to a maximum of 15,000 yuan. Passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less can receive a subsidy of 6% of the new car's selling price, up to a maximum of 13,000 yuan. Applicants must meet a number of conditions such as the registration of the old car, invoices, and registration date, and can only receive a subsidy for scrappage or replacement once.
