Yageo issues another price increase notice. Yageo stated that due to a significant increase in costs for its chip product line, it has decided to adjust the prices of some resistor products starting from February 1st this year, with an increase of about 15%-20%. Yageo had previously adjusted the prices of specific tantalum capacitors and bead products and recently announced another price increase to customers. The increase in costs for the chip product line, especially for precious metals such as silver, ruthenium, and palladium, has affected products including RC0402, RC0603, RC0805, RC1206, and other resistor products.
