Yageo announces another price increase. Yageo stated that due to a significant increase in the cost of chip product lines, it has decided to adjust the prices of some resistor products starting from February 1st this year, with a price increase of around 15% to 20%. Yageo had previously adjusted the prices of certain tantalum capacitors and magnetic bead products, and recently announced another price increase to customers. The products affected by the significant increase in chip product line costs, especially with the soaring prices of precious metals such as silver, ruthenium, and palladium, include resistor products such as RC0402, RC0603, RC0805, and RC1206.
