Beijing: Introduce a batch of incremental policy measures.
As early as the fourth quarter of last year, the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government had already clearly deployed this year's target tasks and key work. The recent release of optimized and adjusted real estate policies, urban renewal toolboxes, flexible allocation of industrial land, and improved pilot service capabilities have gradually yielded results. Incremental policy measures that various departments have pre-researched and reserved will also be introduced one after another. Wang Yuling, Director of the Comprehensive Office of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, introduced that the city will also introduce a number of measures to promote steady and progressive economic development by 2026, focusing on releasing tangible support measures for enterprises and continuing and optimizing relevant pro-enterprise policies. According to the plan, incremental policies such as the construction plan for the Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and promoting the high-quality development of the animation industry will be successively released in the first quarter, facilitating business entities to better enjoy the policies. In addition, guidelines for applying for special funds in multiple fields such as annual advanced industrial development projects are also striving to be released as soon as possible in the first quarter, allowing enterprises to benefit at an early stage.
