"Beijing culture and tourism" will be upgraded again. "The city will organize practical information such as passenger flow, tickets, and transportation, cooperate with major platforms, release and promote a batch of 'officially selected + experiential' boutique strategies, and welcome overseas and domestic tourists to travel to Beijing," said Wang Yuling, director of the Comprehensive Department of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Regarding the "old-for-new" issue that concerns citizens, this year the city will actively connect with the national new round of old-for-new policy measures, optimize implementation mechanisms, and continue to promote the growth of consumption of major commodities such as automobiles and home appliances. The beginning of the year has always been a key time point for expanding investment. Wang Danli, director of the Investment Department of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, revealed that in the first quarter, the city will adhere to the close combination of investment in things and investment in people, accelerate the construction and reserve of major projects, ensure various elements, and continue to expand effective investment. According to the plan, the city will release the annual land supply plan by the end of January, strive to concentrate on supplying a batch of high-quality land parcels in the first quarter, allocate 40% of the construction funds for municipal government fixed asset projects before the Spring Festival, and issue the first batch of local government special bonds by the end of February. By the end of January, a list of urban renewal reserve projects and key projects will also be formed, promoting the integration and implementation of innovative policies such as overall planning of construction indicators, functional mix and compound use, optimization of land renewal and housing lease terms.
