Accelerate the development of two trillion-level industrial clusters in artificial intelligence and visual intelligence, actively strive to create a national-level advanced manufacturing industry cluster in artificial intelligence, and promote the advancement of the visual intelligence industry cluster to a world-class cluster. Focus on nine areas including intelligent robots and other intelligent terminals, integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals and medical devices, network communication, intelligent connected vehicles, new energy equipment, new materials, high-end general equipment, modern textiles and clothing, to create hundred billion-level industrial clusters. Establish mechanisms for future industry investment growth and foresight of cutting-edge disruptive technologies, focus on synthetic biology, aerospace, low-altitude economy, quantum technology, optoelectronic technology, neuromorphic intelligence, and others to explore multiple technology routes, typical application scenarios, feasible business models, and market regulation rules, and build a number of leading future industrial zones. Build iconic industrial landmarks such as China's Vision Valley, China's Digital Valley, China's Cloud Valley, and China's Medicine Port. Deepen the "replace birds in a cage, phoenix rebirth" campaign, strengthen quality standards leadership, accelerate the technological transformation, equipment renewal, and ecologicalization of traditional industries, promote the rejuvenation and upgrade of traditional industries such as fine chemicals, electrical machinery, food and beverages, support high-level inheritance and high-quality development of historical classic industries such as arts and crafts, silk, tea, and traditional Chinese medicine.
