A widespread power outage occurred in the Buenos Aires area of Argentina on the 15th, affecting over 1 million electricity users. At around 14:40 local time on the 15th, power transmission was interrupted in 4 high-voltage lines in the Buenos Aires area of Argentina. This incident also resulted in some traffic lights malfunctioning, multiple train and subway services being interrupted or delayed, and airport terminal operations being partially affected, but flight services remained normal. Half an hour after the incident, power was restored to nearly half of the affected users. As of 18:00 local time, approximately 25,000 users were still without power.
