The Yemeni government appoints new members of the Presidential Leadership Committee.

On the evening of the 15th local time, the Yemeni government announced the appointment of Salim Ahmed Said Hambashi as a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, and he will continue to serve as the governor of Hadramout province. At the same time, Major General Mahmood Ahmed Salim Sabri was appointed as a member of the Presidential Leadership Council. Sabri previously served as the Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, as well as an advisor on national defense and security issues, and has held positions as Minister of Defense and Commander of the Fourth Military Region in Yemen.
