Jiangxi Copper Corp: Subsidiary Signs Cooperation Agreement with First Quantum's Wholly Owned Subsidiary.

On the evening of January 15th, Jiangxi Copper Corporation announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Copper Investment Company Limited had signed an "Investment Option Agreement" with FQM Kazakhstan Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals Limited, on January 14th, 2026 Beijing time. The two parties will cooperate in exploration projects through technical synergy and joint investment, and have set investment options for Jiangxi Copper's stake in the Lakeside Minerals Limited project with First Quantum Kazakhstan.
