Jinduicheng Molybdenum: Plans to acquire 24% equity of Jinsanduo Industry for 1.731 billion yuan.

On the evening of January 15th, Kingho Group announced that it will acquire a 24% stake in Anhui Jinsha Molybdenum Co., Ltd. from Zijin Mining for a consideration of 1.731 billion yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 34% of Jinsha Molybdenum, while Zijin Mining will hold 60%. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
