Keheng Group: Signed a Framework Agreement with Gree Supply Chain for 450 Million Yuan

Keheng shares announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Yingde Keheng and Gree Supply Chain, have signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Gree Supply Chain, which will provide a 4.5 billion yuan revolving supply chain procurement business quota. At the same time, the company and its subsidiaries Yingde Keheng, Zhuhai Haoneng, and Shenzhen Haoneng have agreed to pledge orders and accounts receivable as collateral. Gree Supply Chain is a related party, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
