Huatai Securities: An indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary issued medium-term notes, with the wholly-owned subsidiary providing $138 million in guarantees.

Huatai Securities announced that on January 15, 2026, its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary Huatai International's affiliate company Huatai International Finance issued three medium-term notes totaling 138 million US dollars under the Medium-Term Note Programme, guaranteed by Huatai International with a guarantee amount equivalent to 970 million RMB. After this issuance, the guarantee balance is 2.033 billion US dollars. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount guaranteed by the company and its subsidiary was 48.156 billion RMB, accounting for 25.12% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
