Xinyu Guoke announced that the Chairman of the company, Yuan Yougen, indirectly holds 1.0931 million shares through Xinyu Guohui, accounting for 0.3950% of the total shares. It is planned to sell no more than 100,000 shares, or 0.0361% of the total shares, through centralized bidding from February 6, 2026 to May 5, 2026. Liu Aiping and He Guangming hold 463,500 shares and 454,500 shares through Xinyu Kexin respectively, accounting for 0.1675% and 0.1642%. Each of them plans to sell no more than 100,000 shares, or 0.0361%. Xinyu Kexin plans to sell a total of 200,000 shares, accounting for 0.0723%.
