Notice of GF Fund Management Co., Ltd.: The secondary market trading price of GF Nasdaq Tech Value Weighted ETF, a sub-fund under the company, is significantly higher than the net asset value (NAV) of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on January 16, 2026 until 10:30 on the same day. If the premium of the secondary market trading price of the fund on January 16, 2026 does not effectively fall back, the fund reserves the right to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for temporary suspension of trading during market hours, extension of the suspension period, and other measures to alert the market of risks.
