Jinmolybdenum intends to acquire 24% of the equity of Anhui Jinsha Molybdenum Co., Ltd. for 1.731 billion yuan.

Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd. announced that the company will acquire a 24% stake in Anhui Jinsha Molybdenum Co., Ltd. transferred by Zhijin Mining for a consideration of RMB 1.731 billion. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold a 34% stake in Jinsha Molybdenum, while Zhijin Mining will hold a 60% stake in Jinsha Molybdenum.
