Sun Cable: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares and their concerted actors reduced their holdings by 1.01%.

Sun Cable announced that Xiamen Xiangyu Group Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, and its concerted actor, reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 7,270,955 shares from January 8 to 14, 2026, accounting for 1.01% of the total share capital. Among them, 2,166,955 shares were reduced through centralized bidding and 5,104,000 shares were reduced through block trades. After this reduction, Xiangyu Group and its concerted actor's combined shareholding ratio decreased from 15% to 13.99%. This reduction is in line with the reduction plan disclosed in December 2025, which plans to reduce up to 21,670,011 shares from December 26, 2025, to March 25, 2026, and the plan has not been fully implemented.
