Hui Chen Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Hui Chen Zidao Data Technology Co., Ltd., will transfer the confirmed accounts receivable balance of 39.045 million yuan before 2024 to its controlling shareholder, Liang Zhi Zheng De. According to the special audit report, as of December 31, 2025, Wuhan Hui Chen has accumulated unrecovered accounts receivable balance of 39.4756 million yuan at the end of 2024, and the final transaction price is determined to be 39.4756 million yuan. Liang Zhi Zheng De has fully paid the amount. This transaction still needs to be reviewed by the company's shareholders' meeting, and related parties need to abstain from voting.
