Kashgar to Tashkent International Passenger Route Opened.

At 2:24 a.m. on January 15th, the 7Q3167 flight carrying 36 passengers landed at Kashgar Lai Ning International Airport from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, marking the official opening of the regular international passenger route between Kashgar and Tashkent. It is planned that the Kashgar-Tashkent route will operate one round trip each week, with a flight time of approximately 2 hours, significantly reducing travel time between the two cities. The opening of this "air expressway" provides great convenience for people traveling between the two cities. The opening of this route has become an important piece in the international network of Kashgar aviation hub. In recent years, the route network of Kashgar Lai Ning International Airport has expanded rapidly. By 2025, a total of 94 domestic and international passenger and cargo routes have been opened, connecting 46 domestic cities and 5 international cities.
