Triangle Tire announced that in order to promote the globalization of development strategy and the globalization layout of manufacturing, research and development, and marketing, and further enhance brand influence and core competitiveness, it plans to invest 3.219 billion yuan to build a new project of producing 7 million high-performance radial tires in Cambodia, and establish a new company in Cambodia as the main body of project implementation. After the project is completed, the company will increase the production capacity of 6 million semi-steel radial tires and 1 million all-steel radial tires. It is expected to achieve an annual average revenue of 2.585 billion yuan, further enhancing the company's economic benefits and competitive advantages, and there is no situation that would harm the interests of the company and shareholders.
