China's total steel exports hit a record high last year.

The latest data from the General Administration of Customs shows that in 2025, the total export of steel products from China reached 119 million tons, an increase of 7.5% compared to the previous year, reaching a historical high. At the same time, the corresponding amount of this export totaled 591.07 billion yuan, a decrease of 0.7% year-on-year.
