Pimco seeks to diversify allocation of assets outside the United States due to difficulties in predicting Trump's policies.

"We do believe that we are in a multi-year phase of seeking diversification and reducing exposure to U.S. assets to some extent," said Dan Ivascyn, Chief Investment Officer at PIMCO in an interview.
