Recently, the market supervision departments of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui once again jointly issued the 2.0 version of the "Regulations on not imposing penalties or reducing penalties for minor violations in the market supervision field in the Yangtze River Delta region". The number of articles has been expanded from the original 19 to 26, and for the first time in the national market supervision system, the main factors for "reducing" and "mitigating" penalties have been clearly distinguished.
