According to the Xi'an Railway Bureau, in 2025, a total of 6037 China-Europe freight trains were operated throughout the year, representing an increase of 21.1% compared to the previous year. Among them, 4746 trains were operated in the China-Europe direction, and 1291 trains were operated in the China-Central Asia direction. The total weight of goods transported was 6.96 million tons, an increase of 23.7% compared to the previous year, with a total of 598,000 standard containers sent, representing an increase of 14.1%.
