Enjie Corporation: There is still room for the future price of lithium hydroxide to decrease.

In investor relations activities, Enjie Corporation stated that lithium sulfide production mainly has three process routes: solid phase method, gas phase method, and liquid phase method. Among them, the solid phase method is safe and suitable for mass production, and can use the equipment for lithium iron phosphate; the gas phase method has a simple process but high safety requirements; the liquid phase method equipment is reusable but environmental assessment requirements are strict. With the maturity of the process, the improvement of the industrial chain, and the scale supply, there is still room for the price of lithium sulfide to decrease in the future. The carbon thermal reduction route adopted by the company has high scalability and is expected to reduce costs through economies of scale.
