Guangzhou Automobile Group holds shares in Qiji Automotive to establish a technology company, including smart robot business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Qiji Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xiaoning as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: research and development of automotive parts; research and development of new material technology; artificial intelligence public data platform; selling artificial intelligence hardware; research and development of intelligent robots. Equity penetration of QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Qiji Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Jue Xing Gong Jin Automotive Technology Partnership Enterprise, Guangzhou Automobile Group, and others.
