On January 15th, reporters exclusively learned that after more than five years, Thunder Company and its subsidiary Xunlei Technology have filed a civil lawsuit against former CEO Chen Lei and his core team for "damaging the company's interests" seeking damages of up to 2 billion yuan. The case has been accepted and filed by the relevant court in Shenzhen.
