Shanghai Nar: Shanghai Naju, Shanghai Baiyuan Material Technology Center has made a commitment to stock locking.

Shanghai NAR announced that Shanghai NAR Jun Material Technology Center and Shanghai Baiyuan Material Technology Center have committed to the issuance of shares and payment of cash to purchase assets. If they have held the target assets for less than 12 months, the shares of the listed company subscribed to the said assets cannot be transferred for 36 months from the end of the share issuance; if they have held the assets for more than 12 months, the shares cannot be transferred for 12 months from the end of the share issuance.
