He encouraged enterprises to strengthen investment in scientific research and development, apply intelligent technology to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement, make the most of the agriculture and animal husbandry industries, explore the development of emerging industries such as synthetic biology, and build a model for the development of pig breeding industry with science and technology empowerment.
