DeMei Chemical: Shareholders holding 5% or more reduce their stake to below 5%

DeMei Chemical announced that its shareholder Chang Lianrong Investment reduced its holdings by 300,100 shares through block trading on January 14, 2026, accounting for 0.062247% of the total share capital. After this equity change, its holdings decreased to 24,105,707 shares, accounting for 4.999986% of the total share capital, no longer a shareholder with more than 5% holdings. This reduction is part of the previously disclosed reduction plan, which plans to reduce a total of no more than 14,463,463 shares from January 9 to April 8, 2026. The plan has not been fully implemented yet and will not lead to a change in the company's control rights.
