ST rebate: terminate the purchase of 60% equity of Guangzhou Fengteng Network Technology Company.

The ST rebate announcement stated that, previously, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Zhongyan Information Technology Co., Ltd. intended to purchase 60% of the equity of Guangzhou Fengteng Network Technology Co., Ltd. held by Song Ruiyin and Song Ruijin for a consideration not exceeding 28.8 million yuan. Due to objective factors, the equity transfer matters have not made substantial progress. To enhance the company's capital utilization efficiency, the company has decided to terminate the acquisition of 60% equity of Guangzhou Fengteng Network Technology Co., Ltd.
