Huaya Intelligent announced that shareholders Kuai Haibo, Xu Jun, Xu Fei, and Liu Shiyan are acting in concert. On November 21, 2025, the company disclosed a plan to reduce their holdings, with the above-mentioned shareholders intending to collectively reduce no more than 3.9921 million shares. From January 12 to 14, 2026, they transferred a total of 1.1032 million shares through block trades, accounting for 0.8243% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the aggregate shareholding proportion of the acting concert parties decreased from 6.8181% to 5.9938%. This reduction will not lead to a change in control of the company, and will not impact the governance and ongoing operations of the company.
