Caixin announcement: The company will issue convertible bonds to unspecified targets, raising a total of no more than RMB 1.46 billion. After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds will be invested in the construction of the Smart Computing Center project, the research and development upgrade of the Rich AI Box platform, and the development of enterprise-level AI intelligent body application projects. Before the funds raised from the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets are in place, the company will invest in advance based on the actual progress of the investment projects using its own or self-raised funds, and will replace them according to relevant regulations after the funds are in place.
