Bojie Corporation announced that the mid-term profit distribution plan for 2025 is based on deducting 159,462,046 shares held for repurchase. For every 10 shares, a cash dividend of 0.940663 yuan will be distributed, totaling 15,000,004.66 yuan, without bonus shares or increase in share capital. The record date for stock ownership is January 21, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is January 22. Additionally, the company has adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not exceeding 53.35 yuan per share to not exceeding 114.07 yuan per share. It is expected to repurchase 864,875 to 1,040,205 shares, accounting for approximately 0.54% to 0.65% of the total share capital, effective from the ex-dividend date.
