RunDa Medical: Changes in shareholding of shareholders holding more than 5%, shareholding ratio decreased to 10%

Runda Medical announced that shareholders Zhu Wenyi and Liu Hui will reduce their holdings in the company by 2.678999 million shares through centralized bidding from February 9, 2024 to January 14, 2026, accounting for 0.44% of the total number of shares of the company. Additionally, due to the conversion of convertible bonds, their passive dilution will be 0.12%. The combined shareholding ratio of the two will decrease from 10.56% to 10.00%, reaching the integer multiple of 5%. This change in equity will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
