Port of Commerce: Container throughput in December 2025 increased by 11.1% year-on-year.

Port of CMB announcement, the total container throughput in December 2025 was 17.284 million TEUs, an increase of 11.1% year-on-year; the cumulative throughput for the year was 2.06 billion TEUs, an increase of 5.7% year-on-year. Among them, the throughput of domestic terminals was 138.69 million TEUs, an increase of 10.9% year-on-year; the throughput of overseas terminals was 3.03 million TEUs, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year. The total throughput of bulk cargo was 1.11 billion tons, a decrease of 1.0% year-on-year; the cumulative throughput for the year was 12.62 billion tons, unchanged year-on-year. Among them, the throughput of domestic terminals was 1.1 billion tons, a decrease of 1.2% year-on-year; the throughput of overseas terminals was 86.7 million tons, an increase of 26.6% year-on-year.
